Requested data on trademark and design

PRV has in recent years received many inquiries about delivering trademark and design data from our databases. One product has been developed to deliver the desired data in a structured manner using the XML standard. Structure and content follow the international standards for trademarks and designs developed in the international working with WIPO, OHIM, PRV and other national intellectual property authorities. XML standard offers many advantages. One important thing is that it is now easier to synchronize the database content
with other databases.

Through the development of this product PRV can now deliver XML standard bibliographic data such as application number, registration number, date, status, expiration date, type of brand, version, pictures, class and class description, owners, agents and diary events.

From September 1, we can offer those customers who are interested in a test material and documentation for these databases, delivered on CDs.

The test material includes excerpts from two months in 1990 and from two months in 2006 for national trademarks and from two months in 2006 for international trademarks. For design, the test material covers 2009.
