Customer service

Our customer service is available to answer your questions or put you in touch with our experts, when necessary. We also have a broad network of contacts in the field of innovation and we can suggest where to turn for further support and advice.

The official role of PRV obliges us to remain impartial. This means that we cannot offer to help you with the wording of your application, nor can we assist you with your responses or amendments beyond what we advise you in our Official Letters.
