Choose between two software utilities:
- eOLF (epoline OnLine Filing)
With eOLF, you can file both PCT-, EP and SE applications, and also EP translations online. eOLF is used in conjunction with electronic identification on a card (a “smartcard”) which you receive from EPO.

- PCT-SAFE (PCT-Secure Applications Filed Electronically)
To file PCT applications, you can also use the PCT-SAFE software utility, either in conjunction with electronic identification in a data file (a “soft certificate”) or by using a smartcard. Soft certificates are issued by WIPO and smartcards by EPO.
