Updated form for submitting Swedish national applications

A new version of the SEPAT form is now available which is used for filing Swedish national applications online. The new form can be downloaded from the SE page of EPO:s download center. In order to be able to install the new SEPAT form it is necessary to have the latest version of the file manager installed which became available on January 16 and can be downloaded from EPO:s download center.

The new form contains among other things two new services: It is possible to request that PRV generates and uploads a priority document of the application to the PDAS (WIPO) and it is possible to request to be notified when the examination starts and by whom. The possibility to specify the applicant’s entitlement to the invention is now available on the name page.
