Following the Ruling by the Court of Justice of the European Union in the IP Translator case, C-307/10; the PRV and other National Trade Mark Offices will attend a working group meeting at the OHIM. One objective of the meeting, which takes place on 26-28 June, will be to find a common interpretation of the Ruling and to share views on issues such as the scope of protection for existing trade mark registrations and pending applications as well as other practical questions such as duly adapted layouts of application forms. The meeting is arranged within the framework of OHIM´s Conversion Programme, more specifically the group speciallized on issues related to the practice regarding class headings.
