On 22 December, the government decided to appoint three new members to the PRV's advisory council.
Advisory Council members
Susanne Ås Sivborg, Director-General of PRV
Ann-Charlotte Söderlund, Lawyer
Bert Junno, Executive Director
Magnus Hallin, Executive Director
Christina Wainikka, Juris Doctor
Ulf Petrusson, Professor
Hanns Hallesius, Head of IP
The new members are Hanns Hallesius, Head of IP at Electrolux, Magnus Hallin, Executive Director at Awapatent and Ulf Petrusson, professor at Gothenburg University.
It is exciting to have received people with such different experiences and ways of working with the IP issues, not least because of the new government commission, which PRV and Vinnova will be working with over the next two years. It is also important that we constantly receive new perspectives on our daily work at PRV.
I would like to thank Peter Kylin, Werner Fröhling and Johan Carlsten for their valuable contribution in the conversations we have had when they were members and I had the privilege to lead the advisory council.
About advisory councils
Advisory councils for government authorities have an important task, namely to exercise transparency and to give advice to authority heads. This is in order to meet the need for democratic transparency and citizen influence. Being a member of an advisory council is a great responsibility which requires competence, integrity and commitment.
Susanne Ås Sivborg
Director-General of PRV
