Now it is possible to submit Demand electronically by the form "PCT-DEMAND" and submit all types of subsequently filed documents in PCT applications electronically by the form "PCT-SFD". The two new forms "PCT-DEMAND" and "PCT-SFD" are available to our customers via “LiveUpdate” and can also be downloaded from the EPO website. For those who have not previously used the eOLF program, further information is available here at PRV's webpage. We provide links to the software you need to download and install to get started with online filing, as well as information on how to enroll and register for a smartcard.
