In collaboration with the USPTO and JPO, PRV will arrange an afternoon seminar on the 30 November about the Patent Prosecution Highway agreement for PCT applications and America Invents Act. We have invited Charles Eloshway from the USPTO and Toshinao Yamazaki from JETRO, representing the JPO to discuss these matters. Susanne Ås Sivborg, Director General, and Herman Phalén, Head Patent Processes, will speak on behalf of PRV.
