Our customer service is available to answer your questions and deal with your queries. When necessary, it can put you in touch with our experts. Our customer service also has a wide contact network of other innovation actors and can suggest where to turn for further support and advice.

PRV must always remain impartial in its role as an authority. Therefore, we cannot help you with the wording of your application, nor with replies or amendments beyond what we recommend in our official notices. However, we are happy to give general directions regarding patents and how to apply for a patent.
