Power of attorney, original.
We accept a copy of the power of attorney if it has been filed in another case and you refer to the other case number when filing your new application. That power of attorney must then cover all of the cases.
Document showing the legal transfer (assignment) of a trademark from one legal/natural person to another, original or certified copy. Examples of such are: assignment agreements, merger documents, documents showing company conversion, certificates of assignment of a trademark, and deeds of estate distribution.
Change of name of the same legal/natural person, copy of the official document supporting this.
Statutes (for associations, foundations, and so on), original or certified copy.
Minutes of the Annual General Meeting or another document showing signatory rights, original or certified copy.
Pledge agreement and licence document, originals or certified copies.
Consent, original or certified copy.
Opposition, original in two copies.
Appeal, original or certified copy.
Certificate of domicile, original.
Document filed by you in support of priority, original.
Request for respite, written.
