Before filing, it is a good idea to do a quick check of your application.

1. Have you found out what the conditions are for your trademark? Have you explored your options?
2. Has the right person signed the application?
   (Remember that whoever signs an application must have the right to represent the applicant.)
3. Have you given correct information about yourself as the applicant?
4. Have you given correct information about your agent (if applicable)?
5. Have you made your choice of trademark and made sure to submit the specific information we need for your particular mark?
6. Have you attached statutes and minutes (if applicable)?
7. Have you attached other supplements which are relevant for your particular application?
8. Have you filled in information about priority (if applicable)?
9. Have you stated which goods/services you want to use your trademark for?
10. Have you stated which class or classes your goods/services belong to?
11. Finally, have you filled in the current fee and your method of payment?

Remember that, as a rule, your trademark cannot be changed once the application has been filed with PRV.
