Time to response

The amount of applications we receive at the time you submit your application will effect the time it takes before you get a response.

When we examine your application, you will either receive a registration certificate or a so-called office action.

An office action is a letter explaining why we cannot register your trademark and what you might be able to do about it. It might be that your application is not filled in correctly or that the fee has not been paid. In that case, the examination of your application will take longer.

We recommend that you submit your application through our online trademark application because it increases your chances of submitting a correct application.

At the moment, we are examining the following applications:
Trademark applications submitted during week 27.
