The Department of Operational Support
The Department of Operational Support is responsible for the agency’s overarching HR and legal matters, as well as internal services.
We work with HR matters, HR-specific assignments and administration. Through effective processes, guidance and policies, we contribute to strong and skilled leadership and employee engagement, high-quality skills provision, and a good working environment. We also work continuously to develop and strengthen PRV’s employer brand.
The department also includes a service unit responsible for office and property services, and the Unit for General Legal Affairs and Supervision. This unit handles matters such as consultations, contract law, administrative law, public access to information and confidentiality, and the supervision of collective rights management organisations. It also provides support to other parts of PRV in procurement law and is responsible for the agency’s archives.
