From 2025-10-11 you can request payment of grant fee for a national Swedish patent application using a deposit account in Online Filing SE, in the following manner:

Matter: Response to office action or amendment to the patent application

Under Attachments: Select one of the attachments ”Basic fee for publication”, based on the filing date of the application. If the filing date is 2025-03-15, please select Basic Fee for publication (after 15/03/25). Disclose the number of patent claims above 10, added after the filing date. If no patent claims have been added, write “0”. You may upload the Swedish translation of patent claims as this attachment.

Under Fees, add the Deposit account from which the fee shall be withdrawn.

In the List of fees, the grant fee and potentially fee for supplementary fee for patent claims above 10 are marked, and summed to a total fee to be paid.
