Get started – meet a trademark examiner
With this advisory service, you will have two hours together with a trademark examiner.
During the meeting, you will go through:

What a trademark is, since there are different types of trademarks

What is required in order to register a trademark

Where to find trademarks that are already registered
We will also show you where to find guidance on how a trademark application should be drafted and what the application fees are.
At the end of the meeting, you will receive the notes you and the examiner have made, along with the links you reviewed, so that you can search public databases on your own and move forward with your trademark application.
The meeting takes place at PRV in Söderhamn, or alternatively online. Confidentiality naturally applies.
