We send regular reports

You will receive our reports once a month unless we have agreed otherwise. We always strive to make the reports as clear and easy to read as possible. Delivery is as agreed by fax, post email or FTP server, and all of our services are bound by secrecy.

We monitor a large number of databases and registers

We have access to numerous databases and registers. Here are some examples of registers and databases that we use:

• The Swedish Trademark Database (Swedish and international trademarks relating to and designating Sweden)
• The Community trademark register (the EU trademark register)
• The Confederation of Swedish Enterprise register (includes information from the companies' register, trade and association records, the branch register, bank and insurance records and the register of European economic interest groups)
• The Swedish Design Database (if it is relevant to your trademark)

The cost of monitoring a trademark in the Swedish Trademark Database and the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise register is normally 6 500 SEK per year, excluding VAT. That includes three goods and services classes, with a cost of 400 SEK per additional class.

Monitoring your area of business

If you want to keep an eye on what is happening in a particular product area, we can carry out specific monitoring of goods and services classes which are relevant to your area of business. We can provide you with information about new trademarks, help you to keep an eye on your competitors and keep you updated regarding new developments in your area. Monitoring of goods or services classes costs 12 500 SEK per year, excluding VAT. The cost of monitoring a specific competitor's applications/registrations is lower and is by quotation.

Monitoring register information

You can follow what is happening in a specific application or registration by monitoring the trademark register. For example, you can get information about whether an application has been registered or rejected, or if a registration has been renewed or not. This service costs 3 800 SEK per year, excluding VAT.

Other monitoring services

We can customize a monitoring service to suit your needs, using your specifications and all of the databases and registers available to us. The cost is by quotation.
