Authority Files
From this page you can download "authority files", which contain lists of all the patent documents that have been published by PRV. For documents where this data is available, the lists include publication dates, application numbers and application dates.
The lists are in the form of XML files, which together with their DTD are contained in this compressed file:

The files are mainly consistent with WIPO Standard ST.37 (version 2.2), and are structured according to its DTD "ST37AuthorityFile_V2-2.dtd".
The files are updated twice yearly. The name of the zip file indicates the publication date of the latest published documents in the files.
