A notification to grant a patent means that the application is complete and that PRV has not found any citations to granting the patent.

However, you are also required to pay the granting fee.

If the patent is to be granted in English, you should submit a Swedish translation of the patent claims if you have not already done so.

What happens if I fail to do this?

If you fail to pay the granting fee in time, or do not submit the Swedish translation of the patent claims, your application will be dismissed.

It may then be reinstated if you pay an additional fee within four months from the time limit set in the notification.
