Instructional Material for Online Filing SE
As of 11 December 2025, eOLF – the online service provided by the European Patent Office (EPO) for filing patent documents – will be discontinued. When it is phased out, Online Filing SE will take over.
Since 11 September 2025, Online Filing SE has been the applicable e-service for submitting Swedish national patent applications, EP validations, supplementary protection certificates (SPCs), PCT applications, and EP1001 forms.
