Patent training programmes
PRV offers a variety of trainings within patent. We cover all levels, from basic to advanced. If you do not find the training you are looking for, we are happy to design a training concept according to your specific needs.
Our Patent Web Intro training teaches the basics of patents. The course has a fixed program and you have the possibility to ask questions at the end of the course. The course leader is one of PRV’s patent examiners.

A personal meeting with one of our examiners. You hand in your material in advance. When you leave the meeting, you are able to search for technical solutions within your area of interest and you are aware of the procedures involved in applying for a patent, as well as where to go for further support.

An examiner from PRV teaches this course on the basics of patents. What is a patent? What information does a patent application contain? Which technique is patentable?
Patent, basic knowledge is one of our Take Away trainings – we can bring the training to your office. If you choose to come to PRV, the training is held exclusively for your group of participants, and you will be able to discuss questions of your choice without interference. If you work within technical developments or counselling within IP, Patent, basic knowledge is a highly relevant training for you. This course is also relevant for decision makers and board members.

Intermediate level on claim drafting and claim interpretation. What is the PRV approach in claim interpretation. What is the scope of a claim? The training is a blend of theory and hands-on exercises – a workshop constitutes the main part of the training. Claim drafting, intermediate level is one of our Take Away trainings – we can bring the training to your office. If you choose to come to PRV, the training is held exclusively for your group of participants, and you will be able to discuss specific questions of your choice without interference.
If you have basic knowledge of patents and at least 3 years’ experience of claim drafting, Claim drafting, intermediate level is relevant for you. This course is led by a patent expert from PRV and a European Patent Attorney.
