A European Union trademark is protected within the European Union. Send your application to the EU registration office EUIPO.
You can fill in the application using one of the languages of the EU member states, but you must also state a second language to be used in the event of an opposition, revocation or invalidity process. That language must be one of the following: English, German, French, Spanish or Italian.
