Get started, meet a patent engineer

Have you invented anything? You may have a smart solution to a problem but are unsure of how to proceed?

This service means that you book a patent engineer for two hours to go through how the patent system works and to learn how you can find out for yourself which patents already exist, and where you can find additional help to be able to use your invention. The meeting takes place at PRV in Stockholm, alternatively via online communication.

During the meeting, you and the patent engineer go through it together

Your invention

  • What requirements are placed on an invention in order to be able to obtain a patent
  • What type of information needs to be included in a patent application
  • Where to find patents that already exist and how you can do yourself to see what exists

When the meeting ends, you will receive the memoirs that you and our patent engineer have made, together with the links that you went through so that you can search public databases on your own, find patent attorneys and move forward with your invention. Of course, confidentiality applies.

What does it cost?

Get started - meet a patent engineer is at a fixed price, SEK 3,000. It is possible to order express delivery.

Additional service: Monitoring services

Please bear in mind that a result from a search reflects the situation of today. However, the patent documentation increases with 10 000’s of newly published patent documents every week, a fact which of course could have an effect on your search result. If you should be in need of continuous information – talk to us and we will prepare a monitoring profile.
