Internationella samarbetsavtal
PRV har många internationella samarbeten. Syftet är bland annat att ha ett aktivt kunskaps- och erfarenhetsutbyte med samarbetspartners världen över.
PRV har tecknat flera särskilda samarbetsavtal med enskilda länder.
Dessa har olika inriktning, men berör bland annat:
- utbildning
- utveckling av immaterialrättssystemen
- harmonisering av praxis och rutiner
- kvalitetsarbete
- insatser för att höja kunskap och medvetenhet i samhället
- IT-utveckling
- specifika överenskommelser, såsom kontraktsarbete och expedierad behandling med förtur enligt Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH).
